Hi Josh. I’m much older than you but like you I am an ex-pat living in a Spanish-speaking country. As a fellow writer i’m impressed by your talent diplayed on your blog. Keep up the good work. Interesting that you lived in Puerte Santa Maria. I stayed there for a week during Carnaval in 2008 or 2009.

Thanks Bill! Yes I look back on that year fondly, although its small town mentality became a bit of a pain eventually. I think I’m much better suited to Granada!. Cadiz Carnaval is always a chaotic affair…

    G’day Josh, nice website.
Following our favourite bearded man’s big do, i’ve got a couple of good mates ready to fly to the south of Spain between 28May-1st June (before we all head over to London, where i have another couple of weeks before home, NZ).
We’re looking for something awesome for those 5 days, a perfect blend of outdoors adventure (land, mountain, road, river or sea!) and festivities of some kind (if only Primavera was in Andalucia!). Any suggestions?
Thinking they should fly into either Madrid or Malaga then we’ll go from there. Any advice appreciated.
See you in Granada next month!

I’d love to send you details of my new book. Is there an email address I could use to send you more information and pics.

Hola Josh!
    Greetings! 🙂

Hola Andrea!
      Suerte Andrea 😉
